The Game Awards will be hosting its live ceremony on December 5 using a variety of streaming services and other mass media, and it will feature exclusive reveals as well as musical numbers and other surprises.

It will be interesting to see what the impact of the new video game-focused awards is and whether the most important figures in the industry will be present in order to receive their own prizes and to comment on the state of video gaming at the moment.

Rumors are suggesting that at least one high-profile new title, with some sources talking about a new The Elder Scrolls, will be first shown on December 5.
