Injustice: Gods Among Us, the upcoming fighting game from NetherRealm and Warner Bros., has special support for the Nintendo Wii U's GamePad controller, as it will display the combo moves of your character during matches and can even be used for off-screen play whenever it isn't possible to watch it on the regular TV.

Injustice is set to appear this week for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U consoles.

The fighting game, which allows players to control different heroes and villains from the DC Comics universe, even has special support for the Wii U GamePad, according to Siliconera.

The website says that the GamePad's screen will be used to display the special moves of a character during a match, for quick access without pausing the action, and can even be used for off-screen play, when the TV is no longer available.

Injustice: Gods Among Us is out on April 16 for the PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U in North America, and on April 19, in Europe.
