Video game developer Dennaton Games and publisher Devolver Digital are confirming that they are set to launch Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number on the PC and the PlayStation 4 on March 10, with pre-orders for the title now offered on digital outlets including Steam, GOG and the official Humble store.

Violence and non-stop action will be the defining elements of the new title, which allows players to explore the way a number of factions deal with their problems using various implements of destruction.

13 characters will be playable and each of them is designed to introduce a new special ability which significantly alters gameplay.

The developers also promise more punishing difficulty modes that will test even those who are experts on the first title.

Gamers who pre-order Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number will get a 10 percent price cut and they can also gain access to the Digital Special Edition of the game, which includes the Remix EP, with six music tracks that are remixed by M|O|O|N, Scattle and Carpenter Brut.

Exclusive content associated with the title, a mask and a Jacket character pack will also be created by Overkill Software for PayDay 2 and will be free for those who own the new Dennaton Games experience.
