Your companions and advisors have different cards

Enterprising Dragon Age: Inquisition fans have managed to extract all the different tarot cards from the game relating to the companions and advisers in the game, explaining their different designs and when exactly they change for each possible ally.

Dragon Age: Inquisition introduces quite a lot of changes to the series, starting with a different visual design in terms of artwork, as highlighted by the tarot cards meant to depict each of the different companions and advisers that will help players during the game.

Depending on certain quests and actions, these designs change into other, different tarot cards, lending a sense of progression to the whole thing. The catalysts for such changes include whether or not players are pursuing a romantic relationship with them, whether they were helped in their personal quest, or whether the finale of the game saw them reach a position of power.

Below, via Reddit, you can see all the different variations of these cards, but be careful as some spoilers are inherent from their design or from their descriptions.

Bear in mind that, while the cards for your companions can change, those of your advisers, i.e. Cullen, Leliana, and Josephine stay the same throughout the whole game and past the actual conclusion of the campaign.
