A new Japanese gameplay video has been released by Nintendo and it shows the HD Wii U remake of Wii Sports that will be available via Nintendo eShop on November 7.

This remake is entitled Wii Sports Club and contains updated versions of all the games in the original Wii game. Each sport, Bowling, Tennis, Baseball, Golf even Boxing will support online multiplayer and Miiverse functionality.

Also, it seems that unlike the originals, these sports require Wii Motion Plus for “more refined control.”

Players will be happy to know that they will be able to compete against others from rivals club or against their own friends, as registered members of their state and region.

Besides this, President Satoru Iwata stated that a modern pricing structure will be available for Wii Sports Club. Therefore, users will be able to purchase it at $1.99 / €1.99 as a “Day Pass.” This pass will allow gamers a limited 24h access.

Boxing, Golf and Baseball will be released in the following months, but you will still get the chance to buy other games such as Tennis and Bowling at $9.99 / €9.99 each.

Another announcement that will surely please fans is that after they download Wii Sports Club for the first time, they will receive a “Trial Pass,” allowing a 24 hours free access to every game they like.
