In order to make the wait a bit more bearable, or unbearable, depending on your patience levels, Rockstar Games has just rolled out a new set of glorious 4K resolution screenshots taken from the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5.

GTA 5 has been eagerly awaited by PC owners for over a year and a half, as the title first launched in September of 2013 onto PS3 and Xbox 360, and then it arrived on PS4 and Xbox One in November of last year.

The PC version was set to drop last fall, but then it got delayed until January. Afterwards, it got delayed once again until March, and this week the release date has once again been pushed back, and the title is now set to launch on April 14 worldwide.

Rockstar Games emphasized that the delays were necessary in order to polish the experience and make sure that the new visual technologies and settings work as intended.

In order to show just how gorgeous the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 can be, a new set of screenshots have been presented on the official newswire.

As you can see in the gallery below, the images depict single-player moments and certainly delight in terms of visuals, thanks to their huge 4K resolution.
