Grand Theft Auto 5 will get a 60fps PC gameplay video on April 2, as Rockstar Games confirms that, after a very long wait, PC users will be able to get a proper glimpse of their version of the game.

Grand Theft Auto 5 has been around for quite some time, as the title launched on the PS3 and Xbox 360 back in September of 2013, going on to sell tens of millions of copies all around the world. Since then, the game also made its debut on the PS4 and Xbox One consoles, onto which it appeared in November of last year.

Meanwhile, the PC version of GTA 5 got delayed several times, swapping release dates due to Rockstar's desire to deliver a well-performing experience on the PC.

In order to make the waiting a bit more bearable, the studio presented multiple screenshots from the PC version at the glorious 4K resolution, and last week it pledged to showcase a gameplay video with the upcoming edition of its open-world game.

Now, it mentions on the official newswire that the first gameplay video of GTA 5 on PC will run at a smooth 60fps framerate, as part of a special plug-in on its website, so that fans can admire the game in all its glory.

GTA 5 is set to appear on PC on April 14, worldwide.
