14 DAY TRIAL // Chris Wynn, one of the senior producers who has created Gears of War: Judgment earlier in the year, announces that he is now a part of the BioWare team that's working on the next Mass Effect title, which is yet unnamed.
The information arrived via a Twitter message that reads, "Thrilled to announce that I will be joining @Bioware as the Sr. Development Director on the next Mass Effect!"
Wynn has also been a producer for Microsoft on Gears of War 3 and has previously worked for publisher Electronic Arts.
It's not yet clear whether the new senior development director plans to push Mass Effect towards more action heavy gameplay or if BioWare brought him on board for his experience on third-person shooters in general.
Little is known of the next Mass Effect title other than the fact that it is unlikely that it will feature Commander Shepard or any of his original trilogy companions.
