The development team at PlayJam announces that its GameStick game console is now available for pre-order via the official site of the company, for a price of 79 dollars (59 Euro).

The team will initially ship devices to those who have supported GameStick via Kickstarter and once all those consoles have been shipped, in April, other players who have placed pre-orders will get access to the device.

Anthony Johnson, CMO of PlayJam, states, “Since the campaign closed, we have received thousands of e-mails from individuals keen to ensure they remain one of the first to receive the product. By continuing to offer GameStick on pre-order, we will be able to maintain momentum ahead of our planned retail activity.”

A case and dock are also available for the GameStick.

The device will allow players to play almost all titles that have been launched on the Android operating system.
