Lohan's July suit over Grand Theft Auto character Lacy Jones states that the video game uses her image, voice and style in order to evoke her likeness.

Rockstar defended their position, stating that the only resemblance between the character Lacy Jonas and Lindsay Lohan was the fact that they were both young, blonde women.
