GTA IV is available with a 75 percent reduction in cost, which means that players can get the Complete Edition for 7.49 Euro or dollars.
Steam is also offering special deals on other members of the franchise, which is set to get a fifth full game later during 2013.
Hitman: Absolution was launched during 2012 and introduces more challenges for Agent 37 to deal with, either via stealth or by using superior firepower.
Interested gamers can get the title for 8.74 Euro or the equivalent in dollars and a Professional Edition is also on offer.
