They will run on yet unannounced Nintendo hardware

A source claims that the development team at GameFreak and publisher Nintendo have settled on names for the future Pokemon video game experiences, which will be called Plus and Minus.

NeoGAF quotes the reliable information leaker as saying that, at the moment, concept art is being exchanged between the two companies and that one of the main aims of the new title is to create a more simple experience.

The theme of Pokemon Plus and Minus will be old tradition versus new exploration and it seems that ideas that GameFreak has had for years are being incorporated into the game.

The information should be taken with a grain of salt because it also suggests that the new games are set to be launched on a future hardware platform that Nintendo has not yet unveiled.

If Pokemon Plus and Minus actually exist, such a leak might force the companies working on them to offer official information to the fan community.
