Microsoft is apparently preparing a very special gift to employees of its Interactive Entertainment Business group, aka the Xbox division, as they will all receive a special white Xbox One console, complete with all the first-party games and many other bonuses, for free.

Microsoft is getting ready to debut its Xbox One next-gen console this November and the company has already confirmed that customers will be able to get the device in its regular black finish.

The company's employees, however, will receive a special version of the console that's white and comes with many other bonuses.

The Xbox One Employee Ship Gift edition of the console includes a white Xbox One and controller, a black Kinect, 1 year of Xbox Live Gold, all the first-party games made by Microsoft for the new console, and a special achievement.

What's more, the console will have a special inscription on its front saying, "I made this."

The console was revealed via NeoGAF and, as of yet, Microsoft hasn't said anything about a regular white Xbox One edition.
