14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Sports Interactive working on Football Manager announces that its next project is a title called 1888, designed to take fans back to the first season of the Football League in England.
The announcement is clearly an April Fools’ joke, but the official page that Sports Interactive has created is very polished and believable.
Miles Jacobson, the studio director working on the game, states, “This latest addition to the Football Manager family is so good, it's unreal. We've worked hard to recreate the excitement of Victorian football and the results have to be seen to be believed.”
We have already known that Sports Interactive is working on a new title in its series, which has been revealed by the Steam database, but the team has not yet offered any details about new features and ideas.
