Shin Megami Tensei is pairing up with fantasy tactical role-playing franchise Fire Emblem for a new Wii U game. But before that, some Fire Emblem Awakening material will be featured in Monster Hunter Frontier G.

Japanese video game magazine Famitsu announced the Wii U version of Capcom's online game will feature Chrom and Lucina costumes, as reported by Siliconera.

Both were main characters in Fire Emblem Awakening, and this will not be the first time the two companies collaborate in order to bring their fans some cross-game Easter eggs.

Previous Nintendo and Capcom collaborations include adding Link's green tunic into Monster Hunter 4, character poses and the ability for players to customize their guild cards with Nintendo-themed backgrounds.

Mario, Zelda and Donkey Kong were all featured as examples in several pictures tweeted by Nintendo President Satoru Iwata.

Shin Megami Tensei is a first-person RPG series, similar to many older role-playing games such as Wizardry. Since its first title in 1992, it has grown a large and loyal following all around the world.
