Even if Bethesda isn't willing to talk about its upcoming projects, the company has offered more details via recent job listings, confirming that they're on the bleeding-edge of the RPG genre.

Bethesda has been rumored for quite some time to be working on Fallout 4 but it hasn't revealed anything, not even when confronted with teaser campaigns organized by fans.

Now, it seems that the studio might actually be busy with Fallout 4, as recent job listings, spotted by OXM, mention that Bethesda is looking for programmers who are willing to push "the bleeding-edge of RPG development for PC and consoles."

An executive producer with experience in action, adventure, and shooters is also being sought by Bethesda.

Last but not least, it seems that Fallout 4 will still be based on the studio's existing game engine and technologies, as Bethesda is looking for a quest designer who has experience with the Fallout Garden of Eden Creation Kit or the Elder Scrolls Construction Set.
