The development team at EA Sports announces the player community that it is aware of a number of connectivity issues that are currently affecting its football simulation FIFA 14 and it is working hard to solve them as fast as possible.

The company also thanks gamers for their continued patience and says that it will deliver an update when it has identified the problem and has it under control.

The official message on Twitter does not mention the platforms on which FIFA 14 is having trouble connecting with other players, which probably means that gamers on the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4, the PC and current gen consoles are all affected.

Recently, fans of the title got free access to a World Cup Brazil 2014 themed update for both the Kick-Off and the Ultimate Team modes, which allows them to choose their favorite teams and players in order to take them to international glory.

EA Sports has also promised that it will deliver another roster update for FIFA 14 just before the World Cup launches in order to make sure that all players have the correct stats based on their international performance.

A full new FIFA title is expected to be launched in late September of this year.
