Codemasters confirms that F1 2015 has just seen its release get pushed back to early July, instead of June. In order to make the wait more bearable, a short gameplay teaser trailer and some fresh screenshots have been unveiled.

F1 2015 is the next big evolution of the racing series made by Codemasters, as it promises to introduce a variety of new mechanics relating to handling, car simulation, and of course, actual racing.

The new game was revealed earlier this year with a June debut date, but it seems that Codemasters needs a bit more time until it's ready to unleash it upon the world.

As such, the studio confirms on its blog that it's going to launch F1 2015 on July 10 in Europe and Australia, whereas North American fans will be able to get it on July 21 for the PC, PS4, or Xbox One.

In order to make the wait a bit more bearable, or unbearable, depending on how patient you are, a fresh gameplay teaser trailer and an impressive set of screenshots have also been revealed by the studio.

In them, you can admire quite a few different racing situations, not to mention pilots before and after actual races, as well as the pit preparations.
