Playing Skyrim, GoldenEye 007, Batman and Assassin's Creed

Andrei Dumitrescu: I plan to have another weekend filled to the brim with The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim because as long as I have already played I still have quite a bit to go before completing the big stories that I care about.

I am beginning to sour on the game a little, mainly because I spend so much time with it every day, and I have stopped doing the various Miscellaneous quests in order to make sure that I actually make progress with the Dark Brotherhood and the Imperials, the most interesting narratives so far.

I am pretty sure that I will not be done with Skyrim, despite plans to game for about 24 hours total, and to give me a little breather I will also try to play some Golden Eye 007, mainly the multiplayer, in order to see why so many people profess love for this remake and the original.

Andrei Dobra: I’m certainly feeling the grunt of the holiday season this weekend, as I need to play Assassin’s Creed: Revelations, as well as try out Batman: Arkham City on the PC, while also finishing some side quests and activities in Saints Row 3: The Third.

I loved last year’s Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood so Revelations was one of my most anticipated titles of the year. Up until now the game is looking very sharp and cinematic, although I’m just now settling into my new home in Constantinople. Hopefully, the city will be able to top the already impressive Rome from Brotherhood.

When I won’t be climbing on rooftops and assassinating my enemies, I’ll be swinging once again through Arkham City as Batman, this time on the PC to admire the high quality PhysX effects and the Nvidia 3D technology that wasn’t available on the PlayStation 3.

Last but not least, I want to squeeze in some more time with Saints Row 3, although I’m still far from finishing every activity from the open world title.
