DriveClub is getting close to launch date and the team in charge of the racing title at PlayStation 4 is delivering a new television spot for the experience, which will be for the moment used only in Europe, although the company is not yet saying where fans will be able to see it.

The official announcement states, "The ad follows a selection of gamers from around the world as they pledge allegiance to their club, by taking The DriveClub Oath. Forming part of a globally connected group, they’re focused on earning fame and glory of their club, whenever and however they race."

Gamers can pre-order DriveClub from the official PlayStation Store, which is running a pretty cool promotion in the United States and Canada at the moment, or from local retailers.

The racing title will only be launched PlayStation 4 and is designed to offer a set of mechanics that mixes arcade and simulation elements.

The social element will be very important and gamers can choose to link their accounts with clubs that can compete in massive events or can even develop their own competitions.

The title is facing competition from the Xbox One exclusive Forza Horizon 2 and from the coming The Crew from Ubisoft.
