Players need to ensure a team has all the classes

While I'm spending quite a lot of time immersed in the Dragon Age: Inquisition single-player story campaign, occasionally, when I don't have a lot of time at my disposal, I also jump into the multiplayer mode.

Unfortunately, from quite a few matches, it becomes pretty clear that the actual players enjoying the Inquisition online mode aren't that flexible when it comes to their preferred characters.

At the beginning of the online mode, each player has one character unlocked from the three major classes – Warrior, Rogue, and Mage. The multiplayer levels follow a pretty straight path but also have side areas that are locked and can only be accessed by one of the three main classes. Warriors bash debris, rogues pick the locks, while mages dispel barriers.

These zones often have quite a lot of bonus loot, and as such, it's often worth it to have a team with at least one character from each of the three classes.

Unfortunately, it seems that many don't really care about this and I've often entered lobbies where there were three rogue archers. I quickly switched to a warrior to try and tank some of the enemies, but as you can imagine, there were quite a few zones that could be accessed only by mages, so we ended up missing a lot of loot.

As such, if you play Inquisition's online mode, try to put the needs of your team ahead of your own desire to play a specific character. It can often mean the difference between looting around 100 to 200 gold or 600 to 700.
