The development team at BioWare and publisher Electronic Arts have already delivered a special Gamescom 2014 trailer for Dragon Age: Inquisition, but gamers can now also take a look at the full gameplay segment that was shown during the press conference.

The footage shows both the strategic map included in the role-playing game, which will allow players to select missions for their party and to deal with specific situations, and complex battles that ask gamers to use both action and tactical overlays in order to succeed.

The Gamescom 2014 video is interesting because it gives fans an overview of all the core mechanics of the coming title and allows them to understand the concepts that BioWare has used when creating the game.

The team has explained that more than 1 million words of dialogue were written for Dragon Age: Inquisition and that those who want to see all the content the game has to offer will have to spend more than 100 hours playing it.

The role-playing game will be launched on the PC, the PlayStation 4, the Xbox One, and last gen-consoles and will be released on November 18 in the United States and three days later in Europe.

BioWare has promised that the new title will deliver the best elements of the two previous titles in the franchise and will expand the lore.
