A brand new video, comparing the upcoming Dragon Age: Inquisition’s visuals across the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC platforms, has made its way to the Internet.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is coming out next week, and it’s one of the most visually striking role-playing games of the moment. Developer BioWare’s pedigree ensures the game’s quality when it comes to content, but the video game is also poised to wow players from a graphical point of view.

The video comes from video game content creators IGN and compares the visual fidelity of the Xbox One, PC and PlayStation 4 editions of the title. The big battle right now is between Sony’s PS4 and Microsoft’s Xbox One home consoles, with the PC platform being way ahead in terms of what’s possible.

The clip shows that Dragon Age: Inquisition looks largely the same across all three platforms, with PC being, as expected, the clear winner, with better lighting and overall smoother textures and performance.

The difference is not that big though, and aside from blurrier textures and some unnatural brightness, the experience is largely identical on all three machines. The game looks great overall and promises an engaging open-world adventure.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is coming out next week, headed to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC platforms.
