A brand new report has appeared online about a Dishonored sequel, this time saying that Dishonored 2: Darkness of Tyvia will debut this fall for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms, after it is announced at Gamescom 2014 next month.

Dishonored delivered a bold stealth experience several years ago, coming from French studio Arkane and publisher Bethesda. It respected the core principles of the genre while introducing several magic abilities for protagonist Corvo.

The title gained quite a loyal following and received a few new DLC packs from Arkane.

Since then, rumors about a possible sequel have been floating around the web and now a new one has surfaced, via a NowGamer source.

The report says that Bethesda will debut Dishonored: Darkness of Tyvia at Gamescom 2014 next month and that it will be released this fall for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One platforms.

An action adventure role-playing game was listed by the Gamescom event as being presented by Bethesda, so it could be the new Dishonored title.

As of yet, Bethesda has revealed that it's bringing only The Evil Within and The Elder Scrolls Online to Gamescom, so don't expect any confirmation from the publisher.
