Blizzard has confirmed some of the features that will be included in Diablo 3 for the PlayStation 3, as well some of the restrictions that won't be present in the role-playing dungeon crawler.

Diablo 3 came out on the PC and Mac last year and, back in February, it was confirmed for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 consoles.

After hearing that the game might also appear on other consoles, possibly the Xbox 360 and Xbox 720, Blizzard has told Polygon that this new version of the RPG won't have a real-money auction house and won't require a constant internet connection.

The former might be missed by some Diablo fans, as quite a lot of players are making good money off of selling the loot they find inside the game.

The latter, however, is great news, as many PC and Mac owners have often complained of the mandatory online connection required by Diablo 3.

Players will still be able to trade inside the game using a special interface.
