The development team working on Project CARS at Slightly Mad Games says that it’s working hard to make sure that the Wii U version of the game looks impressive and offers players new ways to enjoy the racing game.

Andy Tudor, one of the game’s producers, tells Revogamers that, “There are loads of ways to use the Gamepad: As the rear-view mirror, or the parameters screen or for storing all HUD elements, or using the gyro to control the car.”

The Miiverse social network could also be used to allow Project CARS players to share information and screenshots.

The PC is the core development platform for the game, but the Slightly Mad Games team will not simply port the game to other hardware.

Project CARS will be launched in late November of this year.
