One of the big selling points of the upcoming Destiny video game on the PlayStation 4 is the fact that it comes with a white version of the Sony home console, and those who are interested in picking up one of the packages can now take a look at it in a new video.

The PlayStation Access footage gives a good overview of the care the two companies have taken when putting together the new retail package, and the new white PS4 does stand out in a sea of black modern home consoles.

The retail bundle will be launched on September 9, the same date that Destiny will also be offered as a standalone title that can also be played on the Xbox One and the 360 from Microsoft, as well as the PS3.

Those who get the shooter from Bungie on a Sony-made home console can also get access to exclusive content that will be offered for more than one year.

The shooter is designed to redefine the core ideas of its genre, but will also borrow some mechanics from the MMO and the role-playing genres.

Destiny has already been through an alpha and a beta stage, and the developers are saying that they have received enough feedback to make sure that on launch gamers will have both a solid and an engaging experience.
