The impressive feat took a lot of preparation

A new Destiny low or high has been recorded, depending on how you want to spin this: a single player managed to finish the Crota's End raid in Hard Mode, all by his lonesome.

Either developer Bungie has no idea how to create a challenging raid, Destiny's design itself is broken and prevents mechanics that would actually put players in danger from being implemented, or actively encourages cheesy gameplay, or some of the players are completely insane.

It took a lot of time for World of Warcraft players to figure out how to solo 5-man dungeons with tanky and overgeared Paladins, Druids and Death Knights, but it seems like it took Destiny players no time at all to pull off the same kind of impressive stunts.

Granted, the player in question, belonging to a clan going by the well-deserved name of The Legend Himself, acknowledges the fact that it's an extremely difficult undertaking, and that it took him a lot of time and a lot of trial and error to complete it.

Additionally, he stated that he didn't know whether it could be pulled off without a level 32 Sunsinger Warlock, with Starfire Protocol, Gjallarhorn, Ice Breaker, Red Death, Black Hammer, and some other perks and items.
