One of the most infamous comic book superheroes, Deadpool, is getting his own video game in 2013, as Activision and High Moon Studios confirmed that they’ve partnered up with Marvel to create an interactive experience based on the sarcastic hero.

While comic books have featured all sorts of characters, Marvel’s Deadpool has always stood out with his ability to break the fourth wall and by doing pretty much whatever he wants.

Now, he’s getting his own game, which is now in development at High Moon Studios, the company behind the recent Transformers titles.

Deadpool: The Game will be published by Activision in partnership with Marvel.

Not much else is known at this time but you can admire the first trailer, complete with some gameplay footage, above.

In case you didn’t notice, Deadpool is voiced by famous video game voice actor Nolan North, who also brought him to life in other games like Marvel vs. Capcom 3 or Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions.
