Developer Team Ninja and publisher Tecmo Koei have confirmed that Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate is set to be launched on the Western market in the fall and are delivering a new video for the fighting game, showing a newly added character.

Momiji comes from the Ninja Gaiden series and the development team has made sure that her fighting style is true to that franchise.

The video shows her fighting Kasumi, one of the best known faces from Dead or Alive, using an assortment of counters and complex grappling moves.

Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate is designed to also add new stages and costumes for the entire roster, with players also getting access to content that’s only been so far offered in the Vita version of the game.

Launch in the West will take place on the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3.
