Publisher Koei Tecmo revealed that the full edition of the fighting game Dead or Alive 5: Last Round will be available on the PlayStation Store on Wednesday, February 25.

The game has made its debut on the Xbox One and Playstation 4 home consoles recently, with a slew of technical issues, among which the gravest is the fact that the full PS4 game has failed to materialize on PSN.

The game also has a free-to-play edition, subtitled Core Fighters, that enables people to get a taste of what it is all about, and features the option to purchase characters individually, an approach which is around three times more expensive than buying the full package at once.

On the Xbox One computer entertainment system from Microsoft, both the Core Fighters edition and the full Dead or Alive 5: Last Round version work as expected, Eurogamer reports.

Sony and publisher Koei Tecmo assured gamers that they are working on solving the issue, and urged players who want to get everything to hold off on purchasing individual characters for two more days.
