A brand new report concerning the potential Dark Souls 3 has just appeared online, confirming that Japanese studio From Software is going to reveal the new role-playing game later this month at E3 2015 during Sony's press conference.

From Software has entered the mainstream of the RPG genre through its Souls titles, in the form of Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, and Dark Souls 2. The Japanese team released a fresh title earlier this year, in the form of Bloodborne, which appeared only on the PS4 platform, due to its publishing deal with Sony.

Now, VG247 cites an inside source claiming that Dark Souls 3 is going to be revealed to the world at E3 2015 later this month.

According to the report, the development studio will showcase the new role-playing game during the Sony press conference, which takes place on June 15.

What's more, Demon's Souls and Dark Souls mastermind Hidetaka Miyazaki is reportedly in charge of the Dark Souls 3, after taking a supervisory role with Dark Souls 2.

Unfortunately, no other details are available. Don't forget that this is still a report, a massive one at that, so take it with a grain of salt, as the RPG might not be presented to the world at E3 2015 this month. However, given the popularity of the series, there is no doubt that such a game will appear sooner or later.
