Video game developer Valve has delivered another update for its Multiplayer Online Battle Arena title DOTA 2, which fixes a number of issues with both core gameplay mechanics and with the matchmaking features of the game.

Valve has fixed the effects of some items and abilities and the way they interact with each other, with the full list of changes available on the official Steam update page.

When it comes to matchmaking, the developers have introduced a timeout for those players who “dodge” a match and high ranked players will spend less time in the queue when there’s limited game activity.

At the moment, DOTA 2 is still in the closed beta stage and Valve is introducing changes rather rapidly, listening to and reacting to the feedback from the player community.
