Blizzard is not saying how long the offer will last

Video game developer Blizzard announces that all those who are interested in either the core Diablo 3 experience or the Reaper of Souls expansion can pick them up with a 50 percent price cut for a limited time, which means that gamers can get the complex action role-playing title for 19.99 dollars or Euro.

It's unclear at the moment for how long the price cut will be offered and whether there are any plans to also cut the price of the title on home consoles so that the entire community linked to the game can take advantage of it.

Diablo 3 is already an old game but it has only increased the quality of the experience over time, with the fan community much happier with the state of the universe now than six months after launch.

The Reaper of Souls expansion has introduced a new Crusader class for gamers to play as, and since then, Blizzard has also delivered a major update which added a range of new game modes, including the Season and the Greater Rifts.

The studio has plans to expand Diablo 3 even further, but it has not said when a new content drop for the title might be offered on the PC.
