14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Firaxis says that the new Brave New World expansion for Civilization V will introduce a number of big changes to France as a faction.
Answering a question from the fans, Kate Distler, a community manager at 2K Games, states in a blog post, “No civ has been as dramatically revamped as France. But you’ll see (subtler) changes to India and Arabia to name a few.”
She also mentions that other factions like Rome, Carthage and Polynesia are affected by the new game systems introduced in Brave New World, like trade and cultural expansion through tourism.
At the same time, Indonesia will get access to new exclusive trade goods every time the faction founds a city on a new continent.
The Brave New World expansion for Civilization V will be launched in early July.
