Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, the recently confirmed fourth installment in the shooter series, has just received a May 22 release date, as well as a few more details.

The Call of Juarez franchise made by Techland and published by Ubisoft delivered some mixed experiences over the years, as they were competent shooters. However, the most recent iteration, The Cartel, took the Western series into the present and tarnished its reputation.

Now, with Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, the studio is taking things back to the Western age and allows players to live out the epic journey of Silas Greaves, a bounty hunter who tracked and fought with famous outlaws like Jesse James or Butch Cassidy.

Now, Ubisoft has confirmed that Gunslinger would be out on May 22 for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 for just $14.99/€14.99/1200 MS Points.

Those who pre-order it on the PC via Ubisoft's uPlay service will get a free copy of Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, as well as a legendary weapons pack.
