Video game developer Infinity Ward and publisher Activision are announcing that the final downloadable content pack for Call of Duty: Ghosts, called Nemesis, will arrive on the PlayStation 4, the PC, and the PS3 on September 4.

The announcement comes from the official Twitter account for the title.

The new DLC is designed to include four new maps for gamers to access the new Shotime, Goldrush, Dynasty, and Subzero maps, and the final episode of the Extinction cooperative mode is also featured, with a new powerful enemy monster to deal with.

Infinity Ward has suggested that it is at the moment moving to wind down support for Call of Duty: Ghosts in order to shift its resources to the next game in the series, which it is undoubtedly working on.

The new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be offered on the PC, the PlayStation 4, the Xbox One, and last-gen consoles on November 4, created by newcomer Sledgehammer Games.

The new title is designed to move the action into the near future and players will be able to play 12 multiplayer modes that are all focused on the new exoskeleton and its improved movement abilities.

Sledgehammer Games has also promised a deep single-player narrative that will create an emotional connection with the player base.
