Video game developer Treyarch and publisher Activision announce that they are launching a new sale for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on the Xbox 360, which is designed to deliver funds for the Call of Duty Endowment foundation.

All the revenue will be used to launch programs to reintegrate and support United States military veterans.

Starting on October 8, gamers who play Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 on the Xbox 360 can buy Personalization Packs at a discount as part of the promotion.

Dan Goldenberg, executive director of the Call of Duty Endowment, is quoted by Polygon as saying that, "This is a great opportunity for the Call of Duty community to get involved, and we're delighted to work with Treyarch and our friends at Xbox to donate all profits from this activity toward helping vets find good jobs."

Call of Duty: Ghosts will be launched on November 5 on the PC and current-gen consoles.
