This year's Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is no exception, and as you can imagine, plenty of people have once again jumped into the new shooter to experience its multiplayer mode but also its pretty intriguing single-player story campaign that really raises the bar for the franchise overall.

In order to make it clear just how big the series has become, a fresh infographic is now available, confirming first and foremost that, since 2010, over 125 million players have enjoyed the Call of Duty franchise.

Advanced Warfare alone has generated a lot of engagement with fans, as they've watched over 5 million hours of gameplay footage on streaming service Twitch alone.

The new multiplayer mode was also a hit, with over 16.1 billion boost jumps being recorded in the first two weeks. Players have also managed to unlock 285 million loot items, which means 230 pieces of loot every second.
