Call Of Duty: Black Ops II Apocalypse DLC was launched on Xbox 360 in late August, and developer Treyarch promised it would be released on other platforms later this month.

Good news for fans of the franchise, as Call Of Duty: Black Ops II Apocalypse DLC has just been confirmed to arrive on both PC and PlayStation 3 on September 26, GameInformer reports.

It will offer the same content that is now already available on Xbox Live, including four new maps (Dig, Frost, Pod, and Takeoff), and a new Zombies map called Origins.

Those who have already purchased the Call Of Duty: Black Ops II Season Pass should not have to worry, as Apocalypse DLC will be available for free. However, players who have yet to acquire the Black Ops II season pass will have to come up with $14.99 to purchase the upcoming DLC.
