Video game developer From Software and publisher Sony are announcing that there are two special editions of the upcoming Bloodborne bundled with a special version of the PlayStation 4 home console that will be launched in Japan.

Gamers will be able to get either a white or a black device, both of which have the name of the game and the cover art inscribed on them and also come complete with a controller and a headset.

They will be offered when the game launches on March 26, and the two companies are saying that the price is of 47,480 yen, which is the equivalent of 399 dollars (294 Euro).

It’s unclear whether there are any plans to offer the PlayStation 4 engraved consoles on Western markets as well.

Traditionally, Sony has been delivering special editions of its biggest platform exclusive games only in Japan.

Bloodborne is created by the same company that has developed the two Dark Souls titles and is designed to deliver the same kind of challenging experience, but with a new mythology which focuses on a dead city and a mysterious character.

The team is also aiming to introduce more diversity to combat and will reward players for offensive moves and for the use of a ranged weapon.
