Video gamers in Denmark will be able to use their blood on March 23 in order to get access to a number of PlayStation 4 titles, the most interesting of which is the soon-to-be-launched Bloodborne.

Those who are interested in giving their blood away will need to be at the IT University in Copenhagen at 5 PM, but the announcement does not seem to specify how much one person will need to donate in order to get a title.

Those who take part will also be able to win a PlayStation 4 with exclusive Bloodborne graphics.

The initiative is designed to try and raise awareness of the problems Denmark faced with male blood for transfusions.

Bloodborne will be launched on March 24 in North America and one day later in Europe and will only be offered on the Sony home console.

The video game is created by the team at From Software and is designed to offer about the same difficulty level but with wider authenticity.

Gamers will be encouraged to stay on the offensive and will have ranged options and the developers are also saying that the design of the world and the boss enemies has been improved.
