Developer Zombie Studios has announced that its free-to-play shooter Blacklight: Retribution is exiting beta today and launching in full on the PlayStation 4.

The game's launch will coincide with the introduction of a new PlayStation Plus Starter Pack, which developer Zombie Studios has said will be offered for free to current PS Plus subscribers, and will include a Burstfire SMG, Revival Injector, and 250 ZCoins to spend on the PlayStation store.

In order to redeem the equipment, PlayStation Plus subscribers just need to equip them by using the in-game customization menus, although the studio has not yet confirmed when the content will actually be released, aside from "in the near future."

The official full launch of Blacklight: Retribution also means that the free-to-play first-person shooter will get Trophy support. For now, 20 Trophies are scheduled to go live this week, with many more to come in later updates.

Zombie Studio has also taken the time to mention that, as promised, all the ZCoins that beta players purchased during the testing period will be refunded to them, but the stats and various progress made during the beta phase will be retained and carried over as the game enters its full-release status.
