Video game developer Visceral Games and publisher Electronic Arts are ready to announce that their Battlefield Hardline first-person shooter is now gold on all platforms on which it is set to launch and ready to be delivered into the hands of gamers on March 17 in the United States and on March 19 in Europe.

The information comes from the Twitter account of the franchise.

Gold status means that no more development is being done on the code of the title and that in the coming days the two companies will begin creating the disks that will be sold in stores in less than one month.

Visceral Games will continue to focus on testing the core mechanics of Battlefield Hardline in order to make sure that no bugs are present and is probably already preparing a day one patch for the shooter to ensure that the experience has the quality fans are looking for.

Since the open beta testing period, the studio has said that it will not make any big changes, but the testing phase has shown some problems with the online infrastructure which have probably been solved until now.

Battlefield Hardline can be played on the PC, the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4 and last-gen consoles.
