The multiplayer servers for the Battlefield Hardline beta will go offline for planned maintenance across most platforms for about one hour, so that they can still support the millions of players, until later today, February 9, when the test phase concludes.

Battlefield Hardline was revealed to the world back in summer of last year and immediately saw an early beta take place on PC and PS4. After getting feedback from fans, developer Visceral Games and publisher EA confirmed that they were delaying the intended release of the shooter, so that they could improve the game.

Ahead of the new March release date, a new beta for Hardline made its debut on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One platforms last week.

The test phase was set to end yesterday, February 8, but the two companies mentioned that they were going to extend it for one more day.

In order to support the extension, the official Twitter confirms that the Battlefield Hardline beta is going to see a multiplayer server reset across PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. The offline period begins in just a few minutes, at 1am PT (9am GMT).

EA believes that the planned maintenance should last about one hour, so expect things to return to normal soon enough.
