The development team at DICE announces that the first community mission that it is launching for Battlefield 4 asks the gamers to perform 15 million revives until 2 AM Pacific Daylight Time on Monday, July 21.

The event is part of the new Battlefest month, which is designed to deliver a number of interesting activities for gamers who have supported the first-person shooter since it was first launched.

If the Battlefield 4 community manages to achieve the number of revives, DICE has mentioned that all those who are taking part will get a free Gold Battlepack.

DICE adds, "Track the community’s progress as you revive your comrades by logging into Battlelog and going to Multiplayer, then to Missions."

The system seems to be created using the missions that were launched for Mass Effect 3 by the team at BioWare.

DICE has recently launched the Dragon's Teeth downloadable content pack for Battlefield 4, which adds four new maps, delivers a mode called Chain Link and introduces a number of new weapons and vehicles for gamers to use.

At the moment, the DLC is only offered to those who subscribe to the Premium service and the rest of the player base will be able to play it on July 29.
