Battlefield 4 Premium customers on the Xbox One apparently have the option to request a refund from Microsoft, instead of just waiting for a public official answer regarding the offer's issues.

Many people are unhappy about the services they received after purchasing Battlefield 4 Premium, which offered a timed exclusive download of DLC Second Assault, which consisted of tweaked versions of four Battlefield 3 maps.

The Battlefield 4 downloadable content was unavailable to many buyers, as reported on the game's official forums, and EA and Microsoft reported that they were investigating the issue, but neither company provided an official statement on the matter at hand.

Some disgruntled players requested refunds from Microsoft Support, achieving success. However, their Battlefield 4 Premium memberships have been consequently revoked.

For now, similar action from PlayStation 4 buyers has not been successful, responses from Sony taking longer than the immediate ones provided by Microsoft Support's online chat service.
