The team at Overhaul Games announces that Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition is now back on sale, more than one full month after Atari cited a number of licensing issues in order to eliminate the game from virtual shelves.

The e-mail message, quoted on Reddit, was sent to those who already owned the game.

Trent Oster, the leader of Overhaul, tells fans that, “We'll announce the details of an upcoming major Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition patch and the Android tablet version in the near future. We'll also have some exciting news regarding Baldur's Gate 2: Enhanced Edition soon after.”

The developer also thanks the community for their support during the past 30 months and hopes that the new content delivered for the game will make them happy.

The Enhanced Edition for Baldur’s Gate adds three new characters, each of them with their own quest and other improvements.
