Assassin's Creed Unity is one of the biggest video game launches of the fall and the team working on the open world title at Ubisoft is continuing to promote it by launching a new extended video which shows the extensive customization options that gamers can use to make their character unique.

The studio claims that this is the first title in the series where each unique ability that Arno can learn has a clear and direct impact on the game, with the three main categories of exploration, combat and stealth each designed to offer clear advancement paths and advantages in the various missions.

Assassin's Creed Unity takes gamers to the city of Paris during the French Revolution, allowing them to take part in the most important moments of the struggle against the king and nobility, and those who play it will gradually discover that things are not exactly what they seem to be.

Ubisoft has been promoting the idea of a complex open world where story missions are important, but gamers also have the freedom to just move around the city and discover organic narrative moments.

Assassin's Creed Unity will be out on November 11 in the United States and two days later in Europe on the PC, the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PlayStation 4 from Sony.

An Assassin's Creed Rogue title will be delivered on last-gen consoles this fall and its story does have some shared story-based elements with Unity.
