Ubisoft is still silent on the matter despite early promises

Assassin's Creed Rogue might finally arrive onto the PC platform in April, according to one retailer from the Czech Republic, who has an official connection to Ubisoft and its releases in the European country.

Ubisoft surprised quite a lot of people last November, when it released not one but two full-fledged titles in the Assassin's Creed franchise, as Unity rolled out onto the PC, PS4, and Xbox One, while Rogue made its debut on PS3 and Xbox 360.

A PC version for Rogue was promised by Ubisoft for an early 2015 launch but not much else has been heard about it in recent months.

Now, DSOG spots a listing from Czech retailer Playman that mentions an April release for Assassin's Creed Rogue on the PC.

Bear in mind that Playman has a close relationship with Ubisoft in the Czech Republic, as it also handles the localization for its games in the European country.

As of right now, this is still a report, as Ubisoft has declined to say anything about the release of Assassin's Creed Rogue for the PC in recent months.

Don't forget that the large publisher already has teams working hard on Assassin's Creed Victory, this year's major installment in the series that will debut on PC, PS4, and Xbox One this fall.
